Our Unique Approach

When you ask The Apprentice Store to look after your IT services, you get to work with our team of young people and their mentors who care about delivering a high quality service to all our clients. Our services are what you would expect from any capable IT service provider but unlike many providers, we have a unique social goal at our core as we do not have shareholders.

We go further than having a corporate social responsibility policy to engage with young people, it is core to the ethos of the organisation to help grow the career of young people in the IT sector. We predominately recruit from and engage with employability support programs to create the opportunity for employment to young people with socially excluded profiles.

Our services are designed to be flexible to support the varied needs of our clients whilst allowing our young people to take responsibility for the management and delivery of the services to their clients. All clients are given a named account manager but they are backed up by the team so they can be assured of support when their named person is helping another client, on holiday or training.

Our young people are employed on a full-time basis rather than fixed term contracts with each following a personal learning plan. Our young people are all supported by mentors who are experts in their field to ensure that our services are delivered to a high quality and our young people succeed. You can be assured that you do not just get the young person, you get the expert and the whole team too to look after you!
