Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your order must not have progressed to the point that service and a request must be sent to [email protected].

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Third party products or services have been purchased.
  • Labour has been expensed to deploy the purchased services.


We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 48 working hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the original payment method again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
