Blocks of time for IT support. These blocks are designed primarily for small businesses with irregular IT Support requirements, but still look to receive the same service as the Managed Support Contract for the ongoing support of common issues small setups and minor project work or can be used in addition to previously quoted work.
Time will be pulled down in 30 minute units with a minimum allocation of 1 hour to each new request with any time that is not used can be used within 12 months of purchase.
