This service is to provide WordPress maintenance support to sites that are hosted on third party hosting rather than our Enhanced WordPress Hosting and includes the following:
- WordPress Core updates.
- WordPress Theme updates.
- WordPress Plugin updates.
- Check server error logs, if access is available.
- Check backups are running, if configured.
Notes
- Updates to Premium Themes and Plugins are not included within the service without a valid subscription from the vendor.
- Replacing unsupported themes and plugins with alternative products are not included within the service.
- The monthly subscription is for 12 months and then rolling monthly.
